Say hello to this month’s Sportsgirl Style Reporter, Aisha Jade. She went to Bali to spill on ALL the best places to go +  some hot travelling tips… And if you read closer, you could just steal her life + win a trip to bali yourself!

What are your must-dos when you’re in Bali? Any cannot-miss experiences you’d recommend? Give us your top 5!
1: Potato Head for a cocktail or two
2: Motel Mexicola for some seriously good Mexican and a dance
3: A swim at the W for maybe another cheeky cocktail
4: Day trip out to Uluwatu, It’s every mermaid’s dream
5: Take a dip out in Blue Point, the best infinity pool I have experienced!

What should you pack for a trip to Bali?
Bug spray. Hydralytes. A million bikinis. A good book. Minimal makeup. Your clothes should embrace your inner travel gypsy so think light, flowy and free.
Any Bali tips and tricks for first-time visitors?
1: Don’t bother packing a jumper….Ever. Even if they say it’s off season (It’s still hot as anything)
2: Meet a driver you like and grab their number. There is a high chance they will be happy as larry to drive you around all over the island for the week. They are super cheap and that way you will see much more than just what Seminyak has to offer.
3: Bring some hydralytes in case you get struck with the dreaded Bali Belly.
4: Get your money out at ATMs rather than over the counter. Just don’t walk away without grabbing your card, for some reason in Bali it’s the last thing to come out of the machine.

What are your must-have accessories for travelling?
I would say jewellery is the big accessory must have when travelling, they can make an outfit when you’re trying to go from day to night. And a backpack.
What’s your travel mantra?
“There is Freedom waiting for you, On the breezes of the sky, And you ask “What if I fall?”
What Sportsgirl accessory are you lusting after for your next trip?
I want a Sportsgirl backpack in every colour haha
What Sportsgirl pieces are perfect for travelling?
I’m really sounding like a broken record here but the backpack was all time!!

How do you document your travels? Are you an avid photographer, or more about soaking up the moment?
I’m more of a soak it up in the moment type of girl, I think some moments never look quite as good through the lens.
