The breakfast of champions just got a lot more Instagram-able. We are all about making mornings awesome, and what is more awesome than a healthy and delicious brekkie? Not many things. Here are some of our favourite ways to start the day.

Grab a tall glass or container and layer up your favourite fruit (berries work best, or other soft fruits, like peach or nectarine) with yoghurt and muesli on top (we can’t get enough of the five:am granolas!). You could even make this one the night before if you’re super organised!

We love a smoothie bowl-esque concoction to get us feeling bright in the AM! Start with a base of frozen banana (1-2), then add other fruits and flavours and whizz it up in a food processor. Our favourite cheeky combo is banana, almond butter, a dash of cacao or chocolate protein powder and LSA. Don’t forget to top it off – the most important bit! Try a mix of nuts, seeds, fruit and coconut flakes – we love chia seeds, coconut, chopped almonds or walnuts and a handful of blueberries.
